1. General Provisions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and ph77com ("ph77com," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the ph77com online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile interfaces, games, promotions, and services (collectively, the "Platform").

2. Eligibility

To register and use the ph77com Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of ph77com, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the ph77com Platform or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.

ph77com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by ph77com may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the ph77com Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances, including any pending withdrawals.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph77com is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph77com login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify ph77com immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your account. ph77com will never request your password through any communication channel, including email, SMS, or live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

ph77com is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, or SSS/UMID card), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before your first withdrawal is processed. ph77com reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ph77com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ph77com does not accept cryptocurrency deposits or withdrawals.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500. Maximum transaction limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. ph77com reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

ph77com processes GCash and PayMaya withdrawal requests within 1 to 2 hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed within 24 hours on business days. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or when additional verification is required.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your account must be fully KYC-verified; (b) any applicable bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied; (c) the withdrawal amount must not exceed your verified available balance; and (d) the withdrawal must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. ph77com does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

4.5 Transaction Fees

ph77com does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., GCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are your sole responsibility.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by ph77com are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, game restrictions, and expiry dates. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and form part of these Terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion is stated on the promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

ph77com reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements, colluding with other players, or exploiting technical errors.

5.4 One Bonus at a Time

Players may only hold one active bonus at a time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect the bonus balance. ph77com recommends completing or forfeiting any active bonus before making a new deposit if you do not wish to participate in a promotion.

6. Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on the ph77com Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are independently audited by third-party testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on ph77com's servers, the server-side result shall be deemed authoritative. ph77com is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions, provided that such malfunctions are not the result of ph77com's negligence.

ph77com reserves the right to void any bet or game round that was placed or completed as a result of a software error, pricing error, or any other technical malfunction. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the player's account balance.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph77com Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the Platform (multi-accounting).
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without reporting them to ph77com.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.

• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing any third party to access or use your ph77com account.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the ph77com Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, and user interface elements , is the exclusive intellectual property of ph77com or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Any unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ph77com, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption.

ph77com's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph77com account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ph77com does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

ph77com collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph77com implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial information.

ph77com may share your personal data with PAGCOR and other regulatory authorities as required by law, and with third-party payment processors and KYC verification providers as necessary to operate the Platform. ph77com will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11. Responsible Gaming

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations.

You agree that any legal proceedings arising out of these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the competent courts of the Philippines, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

13. Amendments to These Terms

ph77com reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph77com will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting customer support.
